The Spatz Verbal Caution
After agreeing to the Spatz Team Charter the SpatzAI procedure begins with a simple “Verbal Caution” for addressing micro-conflicts in teams. When a team member notices unreasonable behavior, such as dogmatic and unfair naysaying during a discussion, they initiate this (pause) step.
0. The aggrieved respectfully gives a verbal caution to the individual, highlighting the issue and requesting a course-correction. This step aims to quickly resolve potential micro-conflicts by offering immediate feedback, hoping the cautioned party will acknowledge and adjust their behavior, thus resolving the issue at an early stage, and they move on.

- If unresolved, the objector may issue an Formal Caution, and begin to document their minor spat, using the SpatzChat™ app. This initial step is crucial for preventing minor spats from escalating into more serious conflicts later on.
