At SpatzAI, we believe teams work better when everyone agrees to the same rules of fair play. Without a shared process, small behavioural issues can quickly create confusion, uncertainty and unnecessary conflict.

The SpatzAI FAIR PLAY Team Charter gives everyone a simple way to respond when the behaviour or delivery is seens as problematic.
That is, verbally caution the behaviour early, resolve it where possible, and escalate it when necessary.

Everyone knows the process, everyone can use it, and everyone is accountable to the same rules. It is not about controlling disagreement — it is about keeping disagreement fair.
