At SpatzAI, we believe teams work better when everyone agrees to a fair, reciprocal procedure for addressing objectionable behaviour. Rather than requiring everyone to agree on behavioural boundaries in advance, team members agree on how to raise, respond to and resolve objections fairly.

The SpatzAI FAIR PLAY Charter and Playbook helps workplace teams object well. It provides a simple, agreed process for cautioning objectionable behaviour in real time, acknowledging or challenging cautions, and resolving or escalating issues proportionately when necessary.

Everyone has the same right to object, regardless of rank, and everyone’s behaviour — including the fairness of an objection — is open to review.

It’s not about controlling disagreement. It’s about helping teams address objectionable behaviour so disagreements can continue fairly.
