{"id":8043,"date":"2026-04-28T15:18:12","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T07:18:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spatz.ai\/?page_id=8043"},"modified":"2026-04-28T15:25:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T07:25:38","slug":"child-safety-standards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spatz.ai\/index.php\/child-safety-standards\/","title":{"rendered":"Child Safety Standards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Child Safety Standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SpatzChat has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, known as CSAE, and child sexual abuse material, known as CSAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SpatzChat prohibits any user from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, facilitating, or distributing content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or targets children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Child sexual abuse material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grooming or attempted grooming of a child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual solicitation of a child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sextortion, sexual blackmail, or coercion involving a child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing, requesting, or encouraging sexualised content involving a child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any communication or behaviour that endangers children or violates child protection laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SpatzChat is designed for workplace team communication and conflict-resolution use. It is not intended for children. However, SpatzChat still maintains clear standards against CSAE and CSAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If SpatzChat becomes aware of CSAE, CSAM, or any child safety concern, we may take appropriate action, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removing the content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspending or disabling the relevant account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting confirmed CSAM or credible child safety concerns to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing &amp; Exploited Children, where required or appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can report child safety concerns through the app\u2019s reporting or support function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports can also be sent by email to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a>login@spatz.ai<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Child Safety Point of Contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spatz Child Safety Team<\/strong><br><strong><a>login@spatz.ai<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These standards apply to SpatzChat and are maintained by <strong>Pablow API Pty Ltd trading as SpatzAI <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last updated: <strong>28 April 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Child Safety Standards SpatzChat has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, known as CSAE, and child sexual abuse material, known as CSAM.
