THE SOLUTION IN A NUTSHELL<\/strong>
As per the SpatzAI Charter Agreement<\/a> a team member can use a simple 0. Verbal Caution<\/em><\/strong>, in real-time to inform an offending member of her discomfort or offense from what she considers as an infringement. A simple acknowledgment from him is required to move on. Or if her verbal caution is contested or ignored, she can inform him that she will use the SpatzAI App at an appropriate time, to document their spat, dispute or conflict, if necessary to try resolve it.<\/p>\n

        2. Object<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 an official objection is sent and now our now\u00a0<\/span>dispute<\/strong>\u00a0requires a simple apology, and if still unresolved (contested)\u2026.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Stop<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is sent and the app automatically posts the conflict onto the Spatz Team-Assisted Review platform.
