Our Mission<\/strong><br data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"387\" \/>Enable members to intervene in real-time when they believe the Charter has been breached, protecting participants during open, safe exchanges of ideas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"859\"><strong data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"562\">4. Our Guiding Principle<\/strong><br data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"565\" \/>We believe that micro-conflicts can arise during conversations when people attempt to convert others rather than work together to\u00a0converge with them. Eg. Our Members&#8217; Rights<br \/><\/span>Conversational rights are guaranteed permissions available to all members, including the right to disagree with content and the right to object to delivery. These rights are independent of hierarchy, intent, or context; although context informs their fair application.<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"801\">\n<li data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"627\">\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"627\"><strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"506\">The right to disagree with content<\/strong><br data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"509\" \/>Any member may challenge an idea, claim, or opinion without needing to justify their status, experience, or motive.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"801\">\n<p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"801\"><strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"667\">The right to object to delivery<\/strong><br data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"670\" \/>Any member may object to tone, language, or manner if they feel it breaches agreed standards, even if they agree with the underlying idea.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"801\">\n<p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"801\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #1e3954;\" data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"667\">The right to challenge an objection<\/span><br data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"670\" \/>A team member who has been cautioned or objected to may challenge the objection and allow the Spatz procedure to unfold, waiting to deliver their case during the team review process, if necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"924\"><strong data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"892\">6. Our Behavioral Expectations<\/strong><br data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"895\" \/>All participants agree to try to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1142\">\n<li data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"982\">\n<p data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"982\">Treat disagreements as opportunities, not threats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1042\">\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1042\">Avoid biased, loud, dogmatic, or dismissive conduct.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1142\">\n<p data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1142\">Objecting respectfully using the SpatzAI procedure when they feel delivery violates agreed norms within the charter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1252\"><strong data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1172\">7.
